When will the first subscription be sent?

We will send the first subscription to you within 2-3 days of receiving your order, unless you have selected to defer your first subscription until w/c 12th December for Christmas.

When will the subsequent subscriptions be sent each month?

Once you have received your first subscription, you will then receive your subscription every 30 days in a monthly cycle until your subscription has completed. 

When will payment be taken?

If you have chosen the 'pay as you go' monthly option, then the first monthly payment will be taken when you place your subscription order with us. Subsequent payments will be taken on a monthly basis (approximately every 30 days).

If you have chosen either the 3, 6 or 12 month 'pay in advance' option, then the full payment will be taken when you place your subscription order with us. 

Can I send a monthly subscription as a gift?

Absolutely! Simply complete the shipping details with the name and address of the lucky recipient and we will make sure that the subscription is sent to them direct.

If you wish to also order a little treat for yourself then please complete a separate order with us via the website. This ensures that the monthly gift order is shipped direct to the recipient each month and your personal order will ship directly to you.

Is a Gift Card included with a gift subscription?

Yes! You can choose to include a free personalised gift card, which we will include with their first subscription package. We have a range of gift cards to choose from - simply select the gift card that you would like to send when completing your monthly subscription order.

For gift subscriptions, how will they know how many subscriptions are included as part of the gift?

We include a free gift certificate which outlines the details of the gift subscription duration, which we will include within their first subscription package.

What are your monthly subscription payment options?

You can choose to 'pay as you go' monthly, which means that the subscription payment will be taken every month until you choose to cancel. 

Or you can choose to pay for either a 3, 6 or 12 month subscription in advance and we will then send your subscription on a monthly basis for the duration of your subscription term. 

Can I cancel my monthly subscription?

You can choose to cancel 'pay as you go' monthly subscriptions at any time (although we will be very sorry to see you go!). We will need 10 days notice to ensure that we can fully cancel your subscription and to make sure that no further payments are taken. Simply email us at and we will take care of this for you.

Unfortunately 3, 6 or 12 month subscriptions are paid for in advance and cannot be cancelled or refunded. 

Where can I manage my subscription?

You can manage your subscription via your Candy King Account. 

1. When you login to your account, you will see a 'Need Help Accessing you Subscriptions?' question - you will need to click on the 'Click Here' link, which will take you to the 'Request an Account Invite' page.

2. In the 'Request an Account Invite' page, enter your email address and click on the 'Get Subscription Login' button.

An email will be sent to you if you are a subscription customer with login details, which will enable you to manage your subscription.

Do you ship overseas?

At the moment we are only our shipping monthly subscription products within the UK.

Are your monthly subscription products suitable for vegans?

They sure are! We are proud to be able to offer all of our monthly subscription products to our vegan customers. Simply select the vegan option when completing your monthly subscription order.

What if I don't like certain sweets?

We have this covered too! We have a 'Tell us what you don’t like' section that you can fill in when you complete your monthly subscription on our website. For example, if you do not like liquorice then just let us know and we will make sure that we exclude this from your monthly subscriptions.

How do I change my address?

Changing your address is easy, simply email us with your new address details at and we will update your details for you. Please give us 10 days notice to ensure that we can update your address in time for your next monthly subscription.
