When we started the business we did start by selling pre-made selections for customer to choose from, ranges such as Jelly Mix, Chocolate Mix, Fizzy Mix, Sour Mix, Blue Mix, to name just a few, this was the same as many website sweets business trading today. However, we quickly realised through our customers that they really wanted to create their own mix. (for those that follow us you will know this was always our goal from day one, but creating such a bespoke pick n mix is slightly more complicated than just a standard website).
